EXCHANGE, REPLACEMENT, RETURN & REFUND

EXCHANGE:

We do not have any exchange policy due to hygiene concerns; however, we offer replacement for any damaged or wrongly delivered product.

REPLACEMENT:

Complaint for damaged product delivered has to be reported within 24 hours, post that, no complaints shall be entertained.

Make sure that you take a package opening video of the damage product for taking up the matter with our courier partner.

In case, the product is lost in transit or delivered in damaged condition, due to accidents in transit, we shall arrange a replacement with the same product and dispatch it after we receive the damaged product. 

In case, the damaged product is not in stock, refund will be processed only after we receive the damaged product.

We will get the damaged product picked-up from the shipping address provided to us at the time of placement of order.

In case, return pick-up is not possible from the shipping address, then you have to self-ship the damaged product to us, at your cost. 

For all self-shipped returns, we recommend that you use a reliable courier service. Any loss and or damage in transit while returning from your end is your responsibility and we will not be liable for such accidents.

In case, you suspect that the package may have been tampered at the time of delivery, you may refuse to accept the package.

Any product that was used, damaged or altered and the sticker removed, will not be accepted by us and the same will be sent back to the you.

RETURN:

To process a return, please follow these steps:

  • To schedule a return pick-up, e-mail us with the images of the damaged product, original packing and sticker.
  • Subsequent to this, your package will be picked-up by our courier partner from you within 3-5 working days.
  • Return the product with accessories, if any, in original packing and invoice, to the following address: The Ecodeal, 701 – EMP 09, Evershine Millennium Paradise, Thakur Village, Kandivali (East), Mumbai 400101.

REFUND:

Refund of money will be made by way of online transfer within 7 working after receipt of the damaged product. However, we reserve the right to choose the mode of refund.
